ABOUT NICHAELA AYLWARD
Nichaela is a dedicated and compassionate nurse with a diverse background as a dermal clinician and nurse. With over 10 years’ experience as a dermal clinician, Nicheala’s journey in the field of Plastic Surgery began in 2011. With a Bachelor of Health Science (Aesthetics) completed in 2009, Nichaela built her experience and knowledge by working in both Australia and the United States.
After a successful dermal clinician career and driven by her passion and interest in wound healing Nichaela made the decision in 2018 to further her career by pursuing nursing. Nichaela completed the Endorsed Enrolled Nurse pathway graduating in 2020. Nichaela’s commitment to continuous learning has seen her attend the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery wound conference in 2022, Non-Surgical Symposium 2023, and continued education seminars on wound care.
Driven by passion for providing exceptional patient care, Nichaela brings an unwavering dedication to make patients feel comfortable with a friendly and approachable manner. Nichaela has a keen interest in Post Operative Care and navigating her patients through the post surgical journey.
